Is the Divide method supposed to work for TH3D objects? For me it is not working… Histograms attached.

I do not see any problem in dividing your 2 histograms.
Unfortunately you do not indicate which version of root you use. In case you use an old version, try with 5.23/04

Indeed, I’m sorry for the noise. I was expecting the projection of the divided histogram to look different. I had a wrong assumption about the distribution of the histograms.
