TGraph slow to draw when number of points > 10000

In my standalone application, when I attempt to draw a TGraph, it works beautifully until the number of points exceeds 10000–in which case, either execution time increases exponentially or it just hangs, period. I’m not patient enough to find out. Is it unrealistic to ask for more than 10,000 points, or…? Thanks!

I cannot reproduce this with 4.03/03 from March and the attached macro. What root version are you using on what system? Could you send us a running macro that shows this behavior?
