I must admit I tried, but did not manage, to understand how MakeProxy works, and how it can be used to analyse powerfully a TTree containing TClonesArrays of classes. The tutorial itself, root.cern.ch/root/html/tutorials … oxy.C.html, is not clear to me.
Could please somebody explain me how to use this feature, with a simple® example?

Rather than inventing an example that may or may not be related to your case, can you provide a ROOT file and a general description of what you are trying to do and I will try to show by example how to use it. (The short answer is (“use the name of the branch as the variable name for the TClonesArray and use it as you would in compile code”).
