Subtract two histogram from different data set

Hi all,
I have two data set, one for my spectrum1 and one other for spectrum 2(lots of file are making those spectra). Now I compile two different programs to have the spectra. I need to subtract one spectra to the other, what can I do?

Hi Svante,
you could save your spectra to a file (one file each, or the same file, it doesn’t matter), and then in a third script you can read them back and subtract them. Is this a viable solution?
