Spectrum presentation

Hello!

I am looking for a solution to the following problem: I need to present a spectrum that has 15 peaks. However, 3 of them have high counts, about 180 counts in exio Y, and the remainder only 50 for less. Thus, when plotting in the linear scalar is poor the visualization of the peaks of lower counting and in the case of zoom in the peaks of smaller count, some peaks are cut. So, is it possible to determine a sort of scale for certain regions of the graph?

Thank you for your attention.___
