[SOLVED] ROOT 6 Windows Support? [not yet, but working on it]

From reading some forum posts earlier in the year, I noticed that ROOT6 did not have Windows support. Is that still the case as of June?

Yes, it is still the case, but we are working on it and (slowly) progressing…

Could you please let me know if there is hope of having ROOT 6 running on Windows anytime soon?

If you have some feeling of when it might happen - it would be great to know (even if you can not promise it).

Since we don’t even have cling working on Windows, it is very hard to tell when we could have ROOT on Windows… But I would not say “soon”, for sure. Sorry about that
