Separate signal and background in real data from output of TMVA reader classifier

Hello Experts,

I trained my monte carlo data with signal and background and then applied the weight.xml file to real experimental data. Please find the attached output from tmva reader output for MLP classifier. My problem is I don’t know, how I can separate signal and background from this plot. Your response will be highly helpful.

Please ignore the above post. I found in the manual that the response output does not know about the signal and background type.
