Hi is it possible to run ROOT-R on lxplus? Like TMVA, which has a standalone package and those included in lxplus, I was wondering if ROOT-R does too. If so, can anyone please teach me how? I’m new on this. Thanks!

Yes you should be able to use ROOT-R on lxplus because the built version of ROOT should have the needed libraries (libRInterface) to run ROOT-R
