It is probably a stupid question, but I wonder it is possible to launch in parallel the same root macro (of course in several differents terminals connected on the same server and related to the same directory), using different arguments.

I’m not entirely sure of the specifics of what you would like to do, but yes, it is very possible to use the same macro in parallel. I highly recommend compiling it (either inside or outside of root), but it is a common technique for processing large amounts of data. For a root-specific parallel processing, see PROOF.
