I am trying to use
rootls, rootcp etc. on lxplus but I get the error message
-bash: /afs/cern.ch/sw/lcg/app/releases/ROOT/6.06.00/x86_64-slc6-gcc49-opt/root/bin/rootls: Permission denied

the permissions are now properly set and the glitch has been removed in the 6.06 and master branches.
