ROOT Installation on a Mac

hey I am installing root from git hub on a mac,
First of all in Mavericks the header files have been moved to a new place such that the installation will fail because of missing header files, eg. wchar.h
The files are now in
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer.

one can install the header files to /usr/include with the command in the bash

xcode-select --install

I tried to do a fixed location installation

./configure --prefix=/usr/local make make install

When I performed the make install I get the following warnings/errors:

There are a lot more of this kind of warnings.

I dont have any idea what kind of ‘action I should take’
