Thanks for your inquiry.
I am not sure this is the right forum to ask this kind of question: the answer depends a lot on the hardware at your disposal and many other factors. We do not directly support setup and configuration of clusters.
Perhaps it’s worth having a look to the CVMFS documentation, which provides centralized ROOT installations and looks like a good solution for clusters and HPCs.

Actually I wanted to know that I don’t have root access of cluster. As a student I am only user. So for only my usage purpose I want to install but I am wonder how will I source it to. bashrc file as I don’t have access. That’s why I am asking?
