Root in MSVC.NET

Hello!

I am trying to use root in MSVC.NET following Axels instructions on his homepage. I have come to the point where I want to rebuild root in my ROOTmakefile. Here I run into truble. I get:

hmm… I don’t even find this bat000001.bat file so I guess it was never created… What is it for? What is this character before @? In the log file it is written as ‘¦@’ and in the build output in MSVC.NET is is written as ‘■@’.

What could I have missed???

Best Regards,
Karin

Hi Karin,
could you attach your buildroot.bat (rename it to *.txt to attach it), or send it to Axel.Naumann@cern.ch?
Cheers, Axel.

Dear Axel,

I have sent you the file by e-mail now.
In my path variables I have c:\cygwin\bin and c:\cygwin\usr\X11R6\bin, should I have a variable called CYGWINROOT set to c:\cygwin also/instead?

/Karin
