Root In Heavy-ion Therapy

Dear Root users.
I am using Root to make analysis for data simulated for Heavy-ion therapy applications.
I have a data file contains 3 columns:
1- Atomic numbers (Z).
2- Mass numbers(A).
and
3- Energies.

for each charged particle.

could you please tell me how can I make a histogram to draw " Z vs A vs Counts " as logo for example ?

I will appreciate your helps.
