Dear experts,
I recently successfully downloaded root on my macbook and all is running smoothly. However, when I want to open jupyter notebook with anaconda navigator, it opens the page on my browser but I cannot interact with the interface at all. Furthermore, it seems all my files are gone. Please let me know what I can do.

When you install a python package, you should make sure that you run the same python executable/environment with which you installed it in order to be able to use it. Thus, are you sure that the anaconda navigator environment is the one you used to install ROOT? As for the issue of not finding the files on your machine, it sounds more like an issue with the anaconda installation than with ROOT itself.
