Remove QtGSI and QtROOT?

Hi, as written [url=https://root-forum.cern.ch/t/how-to-compliment-existing-root-install-with-qt/23538/1 QTROOT and QtGSI are deprecated. So, does it make sense to still propose them in the cmake step (qt=On and qtgsi=ON)?

We cannot simply remove them. We will gradually deprecate and then remove them
