Thank you for posting the log file. I see in the log that you are having some error messages due to an error integrating the function. This is the thje reason of the difference. I am using the superior integrator from MathMore, which is the default if the Mathmore library is installed.
I would suggest to add MathMore in your installation, by re-configuring ROOT by doing for example

cmake . -Dmathmore=On -Dbuiltin_gsl=On

Non-extended fits in separated range will result in the normalization computed separatly for each region and then the relative amount of data in the two regions will not be used in the fit, and the result will be less accurate.

thank you for the two suggestions, so now I configured root in my machine with the two options on
and I am getting the same result as you get. So to summarize you think that the results are consistent
with each other and your only concern are the errors because of the large correlations of the parameters
right ? I am looking now into the jira ticket you have pointed me at.
