I read about PROOF monitoring: MonALISA monitoring system or a SQL database.

But I have a question: does more simple way exist?
Only few commands which can show some information about the queries processed on the cluster.

Not currently.
Some embedded monitoring is part of the undergoing developments of the libXrdProofd plugin. Something may become available later this year.
