Position of the popup menu on screen with two monitors

_ROOT Version:_6.17/01
Platform: Windows 10 Pro.
Compiler: VS 2019

Dear you,
I have two monitors with my computer. The pop up menus of root is always pop out on the ‘Monitor 1’ as shown in the following picture.

Can this be fixed?
