Open TBrowser from mac osx finder

The recent post of the ability to “quickview” an ntuple in finder made me wonder why I can’t open a TBrowser from finder? Is this possible? I think it would be a useful feature. Specifically, I’m thinking of students being able to send a .root file to his/her “command-line-challenged” supervisor.

Hi Andrew,

This has been done for Windows already, we’ll investigate how to do it for other platforms (sorry to not propose no quick solution, our Mac expert is away until next month).
