No PyROOT even though root-config says I do!

Hey guys

I have installed ROOT using apt-get. The version is 5.34. If I try to run root-config --has-python it tells me I do, but when I look into the directories it is clear that the PyROOT libraries are not present. Does any of you have experience this? I guess i need to build it from sources to get PyROOT?

You probably need to install additional packages (well, at least “libroot-bindings-python5.34” and “libroot-bindings-python-dev”, I would say). Search for packages with names: “root-system*”, “root-plugin*” and “libroot*”.
