We are happy to announce a new release of ROOT, v6.26/04. It’s latest-stable: this is the version we recommend people to use. It contains a couple of bug fixes; you can find the details in the release notes.
The binaries are available on cvmfs and through the release page; it will show up in your favorite packaging tool soon.
Our big thanks go out to people who package ROOT to make it available to you, to everyone who helped us fix these bugs, and to you for using ROOT!
