" MSVCP90D.DDL " library required

Hello all!
I downloaded ROOT Version 5.19/4 (Windows/NT/w2000 with VC++ 9.0 (runs with VC++6), compiled with debug information, version 5.19/04 (104.3 MB))
I wanted to install on Windows 2000 professional. But the following library are required. MSVCR90D.DDL and MSVCP90D.DDL.
I found the MSVCR90D.DDL on Internet but I did not find the MSVCP90D.DDL. How can I get it, or it is not a free library?

see msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/abx4dbyh.aspx on the CRT libs. The debug libraries are not free; use the release build of ROOT instead.
