Missing binary for release 5.28 and SL5 x86-64 gcc3.4

Dear support,

I would like to install the latest ROOT version, but the binary for SL5 x86-64 gcc3.4 is actually not available on ftp, even if advertised on the webpage:
root.cern.ch/drupal/content/prod … ersion-528

is it possible/foreseen to have this version?

Hi leo,

We have some problems with the slc5/gcc3.4 build machines (note this configuration has been officially dropped in favor of slc5/gcc4.3). Anyway, we’ll provide binaries as soon as possible.
