Hi Friends
I have several root files i.e 1.root 2.root. To merge them I used this command
hadd tot.root 1.root 2.root
at the end when I open the merged file i.e new.root I can see the distribution in 2.root file and the distribution in 1.root disappeares.
Just to let you know that 1.root and 2.root having only one distributions.
Please suggest me.

are you talking about a histogram? What do you exactly see?
