Loop over root subdirectories

Dear experts,
I want to access the “lb_” sub_directories in the “run_340453” main directory of the file (1). so I wrote (2),
but it loop only over the main directory. Indeed I want a loop over the (lb_) in "run_340453/lb_". Do you see what is missing?
