I’m trying to implement Jet Energy Corrections in RDataframe [1] and I wasn’t able to find any relevant documentation about that. It seems like the standard way [2] to add these corrections is to run nanoAOD tools before running your analyzer. However, I was hoping this could be done within RDF, especially since my colleagues are able to do that easily within Coffea [3]. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks for the question. We can certainly support you when it comes to ROOT, and therefore RDF and related components.
However, and correct me if I am wrong, your question seems more related to a CMS specific environment: have you tried asking the same question on https://cms-talk.web.cern.ch or talk to one of your colleagues about this matter?
Thank you for the reply. I was asking for RDF documentation that might be relevant to this topic, but it seems that I’m asking this question in the wrong forum. In any case, it looks like the feature I asked about is only available in Coffea at this time.
