Isolate test sample

Hello TMVA users!

I was wondering if there’s any method of isolating the test sample from a model saved in a root file, so I can make graphs and use metrics from other libraries to calculate precision, accuracy, etc.

Hi,

You should have the test sample in the output .root file, if you chose to create it. (If using TMVAClassification.C the output file would be "TMVA.root")

Use e.g. rootbrowse TMVA.root to explore the file!
