Is there something like TCutG::isInside(x,y)?

How can i find out if a given point is inside a cut or not? Actually I am just asking for curiosity because I am wondering how this is implemented.

Yes it is inherited from TGraph https://root.cern.ch/root/html/TGraph.html#TGraph:IsInside
