Is it possible to make 'vertical' plot to compare results?

Hello,

Is it possible to make a vertical comparison plot, just like the one I’ve attached below?
If it is, how do I make it?
I’m using ROOT version 5.14.

This type of plot is used all the time, but I don’t know what it’s called so it’s difficult to search for ways to make it.
