Is it possible to create a 3D cut?

Please see the attachment. I want to filter the events within the red-line region. Is it possible to create such a 3D cut?

There may be an alternative way, e.g., by using two TCutG within two 2D spectra. But, is it possible to create a 3D one instead of two TCutG cuts?
