Inconsistent superscript alignment with TLatex

I have noticed in some TLatex strings that different superscripts are not aligned with each other.

Attached:

  • a simple macro to produce this effect
  • a screenshot of the results of the macro, with lines added to point out the misalignment.

Is this a known bug? I am using ROOT 5.34.07.
