I was using eclipse 3.4 IDE and ROOT 5.34 in SL linux 6.6 64bit. I want to switch to Windows 7 64 bit.Which root version and IDE shall I use so that I don’t face compatibility issues?

On Windows you can use any of the versions 5 of ROOT (i.e. no ROOT 6). And I have no idea about eclipse
