How to copy a root directory containg many folders with all folders containing several histograms

Hi All,

I will appreciate if any of you could suggest me a quick way to copy a directory(folder) from a .root file. It contains sub folders, which contains further sub folders and those contain my histograms. I will appreciate if any body could suggest me any of the following solution

  1. to copy the main directory(folder) with all sub folders and all info inside.
  2. Any script to copy histogram files from mutiple sub folders within a main folder and save all those files seperatly.
