To compile a root macro, I used to do “root -l macro_name.C” which doest work. Please suggest.
Hi m_cern313,
afaik the traditional, easiest way to compile and execute a ROOT macro from the command line is root -l -b -q macro_name.C++
.
Cheers,
Enrico
