I need to fit a smooth curve to my histogram (or graph). I have attached both.

You forgot to attach the data file for the histogram.
Do you simply want to smooth your curve or do you want to fit a defined function?
For example, you can smooth the graph by using teh Draw option “ACP” instead of "ALP"
I suggest to read the various tutorials about Fitting, eg FittingDemo.C
