Hardware requirements for Ubuntu+Root

Hi, need to install Root under Ubuntu. I’m asking if there’s some particular hardware requirements for it. (e.g. CPU, Ram, Svga). I’m thinking of installing it using an Intel Core I3 CPU, 4gb Ram, 500 Gb Sata HDD, Intel SVGA. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank You.

no, not in particular. Performance depends a lot on what kind of i3 you have.

CPU is an Intel Core I3-7020U (2,3gnhz, 3mb cache, 7th gen.), RAM 4GB (upgradable to 12) DDR4 2133 mhz

I can consider an I5 if it could be usefull.
