Forum minor improvement

Hi there,

I’ve just created a post by clicking “new topic” while looking for an answer.
Unfortunately, the post I was reading didn’t lie in the proper forum (“Root support” instead of “Stat and Math Tools”).
Maybe the “new topic” button lying at the end of existing posts should be inactivated to avoid such case.
New topics could then only be created from the proper forum homepage.
