Are you sure you have a correct ROOT configuration ? Are the root libraries available in your LD_LIBRARY_PATH ?
Maybe @etejedor has also a solution for this problem

ROOT 6.14 has no libCint. Your Compassbin2ROOT was built with a different, incompatible ROOT.
