Error running root in Windows XP

when I run root, I get the following error:
“The procedure entry point __iob_func could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR70.dll”

(Not msvcr70.dll exists in my windows system directory)

Any ideas?

Hi Brian,
you can get this DLL from root.cern.ch/root/Version400.html
(the links at the bottom of the page).
