Error: redefinition of '...'

Hello ROOTers,

Every time I load and execute a program in ROOT, more than one time, i see this kind of error:

error: redefinition of '...'

For compile, already, the code I need to exit from ROOT, enter and load the code and it will works. Why does this happen?

ROOT Version: 6.18
Platform: Xubuntu 19.04
Compiler: gcc version 7.3.0

I think it corresponds to the bug ROOT-9014.
