I’m trying to log in to site AMI, but this error comes out:
Authentication failed. Client DN in session: /DC=ch/DC=cern/OU=Organic Units/OU=Users/CN=ogavva/CN=849825/CN=Oxana Gavva. Issuer DN in session: /DC=ch/DC=cern/CN=CERN Grid Certification Authority.
I did everything according to the instructions, converted the certificate for the browser, also checked the correspondence of the output data of the certificate and the private key, everything fits. I uploaded the certificate to the Mozilla Firefox browser.
I’m trying to log in using Cern mail, but this error comes out. The certificate has not expired, it is valid until December 2021.
Does anyone know what the problem is? Or who should I contact with this problem?
