Error due to unknown libraries

ROOT

Hello, I’ve been getting this segmentation error:

*** Break *** segmentation violation
0x00007f11cc82704b in
0x00007f11c7e22786 in from /home/lmezini/root-6/lib/libCling.so
0x000000000040109a in from /home/lmezini/root-6/bin/root.exe

I’m still new to ROOT and am not sure how to resolve this issue. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

this does not mean anything. It’s just that you obtained the macro with root or you were using the prompt.
Can you reduce the issue to a minimal reproducer or compile your macro with gcc and run the executable?

Cheers,
