Convert TH2I to TH2D

Hello,

I’m wondering if there is a quick way of converting a TH2I to a TH2D (without individually filling a blank TH2D bin by bin with the entries from TH2I)

I am afraid we don’t provide such feature natively. The code should be straightforward to write though.
