Comparing TH2 histograms

Hi.
I have a series of 2d histograms showing the hits position on my detector for each trigger.
I want to compare them in order to find correlation between hits positions (crosstalk).
Is there any tool for comparing the bin content of two TH2 histograms? Is there any other tool to find this kind of correlations?

Hi,
Which kind of comparison do you want to make ? Which statistical test would you like to do ?
It is not clear to me, you are too generic…
