CMS Virtual Machine not able to connect to proxy internet

Hi,

I am using CMS Virtual machine for some analysis. I am using http proxy internet. I am trying to fetch a root file from server but it is showing following error :

CMS virtual machine is a scientific linux and I have already changed proxy in /etc/yum.conf
