Hello AliROOTers,
Even if I am not sure if it is the right forum to report AliRoot problems I am doing it anyway to seek help from all corners.
I have ROOT (root-v5-28-00), geant3 (geant3-v1-11), and AliRoot_v4-20-Release installed and compiled on Mac OS X
I also have ROOT (root-v5-26-00), geant3 (both 1.9 and 1.10), and AliRoot_v4-18-Release installed and compiled on SLC4.7
I must admit that I did not follow the ‘Compile Aliroot on Mac OS X 10.6’ instructions given on
newton.ph.unito.it/~berzano/w/do … with_cmake
but I think it won’t matter as the problem I mention below occurs at both the systems.
when I run the macro ‘menu.C’ in aliroot It ‘Can’t call AliRun::Init(config)’ . See for youself
