Platform, compiler (e.g. CentOS 7.3, gcc6.2): MacOS 10.12
Hi,
I recently updated my Mac to MacOS 10.12 and then installed the version of Root for this OS (root_v6.12.06.macosx64-10.12-clang90.dmg). Didn’t work - sorry, don’t recall the exact error message - but found online discussions about “xcode-select --install”. That got me one step further. Now, I see the message in the subject line: “cannot extract standard library include paths!”.
Searched the forum and found Cannot extract standard library include paths!. Looks very similar to my problem but there the “xcode” command fixed the problem. Not here. If I execute that command again, it says “xcode-select: error: command line tools are already installed, use “Software Update” to install updates”.
What should I do? Thanks.
