Can we submit code changes?

I would be interested to have some additional specific
features in the gui and I am ready to implement it myself…
Do you have a procedure for this ? (preliminary discussion, design review, code review, acceptance test…?)
Can we simply submit code through this forum?

We always welcome this kind of initiative. :

You can send your code (if possible following the ROOT coding conventions)
to rootdev@root.cern.ch

If you send code (eg a new class) make sure the code is documented and, if possible,
send also a simple test example.
