Can I simulate space charge effect by Garfield++?

Dear experts

I want to simulate the space charge effect aka electric field reduction due to ion cloud around anode wire, but I’m not sure if it’s a standard option or I need to set it true… Can you please tell if I can do so by AvalancheMC or AvalancheMicroscopic?
